Lead | Develop | Create
As a creative professional with 25+ years of experience in private and public sector teams, I’ve enjoyed the opportunity to lean into leadership while developing my core creativity.
My leadership style includes clear communication, strategic planning, and effective delegation. I work with my teams to ensure we have the resources and abilities to complete each project effectively, with time and attention to adapt and adopt essential learnings along the way. This creates the capacity for change within the groups I work with and enables them to develop significantly through each project while consistently delivering excellence. By building strong teams of talented creatives, we have earned a reputation for reliability within our organization.
I look for opportunities to learn throughout each project, develop my teams and challenge our capacity to do more, do better, and do it right, without sacrificing quality or losing sight of the project goals.
